- 15-10-5 Overhead Squats (155/105 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and 15 Overhead Squats, 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and 10 Overhead Squats, and 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and 5 Overhead Squats.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Overhead Squats is completed.
