Find the right workout of the day (WOD) on the world's largest benchmark WOD archive. Looking for a specific collection? Search at the top of your screen.
Every WOD is organized in one or more Categories, depending on its source/origin, popularity, and/or the story behind the workout. Each Category is one of the types below. Click any Category for more details and a list of related workouts.
Verified Benchmark Categories: Workouts that are verified by WODwell to be heavily adopted by the functional fitness community (eg: "Classic Benchmarks") and/or designed to remember, honor, and celebrate people, events, and causes (eg: Tribute, Memorial, Hero, and Holiday WODs).
More Categories: Other workouts that don't yet qualify as Verified Benchmarks, including workouts posted by WODwell's Coach members (eg: "Coach Creations") and popular daily workout tracks (eg: "Main Site," "Mayhem," and "Class.")
Fitness, defined as the "ability to move large loads, long distances, quickly, in the broadest variety of domains," is measurable. The way functional fitness athletes measure their performance is by scoring workouts.
The Score Type of a WOD indicates how it's scored (eg: As Fast as Possible ("For Time"), As Many Rounds and Repetitions as Possible ("AMRAP"), or As Heavy as Possible ("For Load")). Click any Score Type to learn more and to see a list of related workouts.
