- 50 Double-Unders
- 25 American Kettlebell Swings (32/16 kg)
- 12 Handstand Push-Ups
On the double-unders, the rope must pass underfoot twice; kettlebell must break the vertical plane (above the shoulders) overhead. HSPU to full extension and lockout. Kipping OK.
Score is rounds and reps completed in 12 mins.
2:1 single-unders, Russian kettlebell swings with Rx weight, or lightweight (8kg or lighter) and work on American kettlebell swing. Handstand push-up height scaled such that you can do 6 reps unbroken. If going upside down isn’t happening yet, heavy seated dumbbell shoulder press.
