On a 7-minute clock, from 0:00-5:00 as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform 15 Mountain Climbers and 5 Push-Ups. From 5:00-7:00, perform as many repetitions as possible of Burpees.

Score is the total repetitions completed before the 7-minute time cap ends.
