Training Think Tank At Home Throwdown WOD

  • AMRAP in 20 minutes
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 240 foot Triangle Shuttle Run (4 laps)
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 120 foot Triangle Broad Jumps (2 laps)
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 60 foot Triangle Handstand Walk (1 lap)

On a 20-minute clock, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work in the order written. Cones are placed 20 feet apart in a triangle. Every time athlete gets back to the ‘start’ cone, they must change direction and run or broad jump in the other direction.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 20-minute clock stops. Every 20 foot completed is counted as one repetition.

Movement Standards

V-Up: Hands touch any part of the foot. Only hips may be in contact with the ground when hands touch feet. Heels and hands return to the ground after each rep.

Handstand Walk: Hands start behind line. Athlete can come down once within a 20 feet length- does not matter at what point. If athlete comes down more than once within a 20ft length, restart that length. Athlete can turn around at cone and continue.
