“Living Room Mash 76”
Home WOD by WOD Roulette
- For Time
- 21-15-9-3 reps of:
- Handstand Push-Ups
- Burpees
- Then, 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
- Box Step-Ups (24/20 in)
- Sit-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete will start at 21 Handstand Push-Ups and 21 Burpees, to 15 reps each down to 3 reps. Then, athlete will proceed to 50 Box Step-Ups and 50 Sit-Ups, to 40 reps each down to 10 reps.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Sit-Ups is completed.
