We do not collect, use or share your precise geographic location.
Access
You can sign into your account to see any personally identifiable information we have stored, such as your name, email, address or phone number. You can also contact us to request to see this information.
Deletion
If you would like us to delete your account, please send an email from the email address associated with your WODwell account to hello@wodwell.com with the subject “Please delete my account.”
We will remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with your account promptly. We may retain other data indefinitely.
If you signed up using your Facebook account, you may also remove the WODwell app from your Facebook by following these steps:
- In your Facebook account go to “Settings & Privacy”
- Click “Settings”
- Click “Apps and Websites”
- Next to the WODwell app, click “Remove,” then confirm by clicking “Remove” in the popup that appears
Sharing
We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies.
Ad Tracking
Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity. Contact us if you would like to opt out.

Vendors
Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.
Security
We take reasonable steps to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. We encrypt transmission of data on pages where you provide payment information. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.
Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country where we do business.
Credit Card Data
We outsource the processing of credit card information to a third-party service provider. Other than the last four digits of your credit card and the brand of the credit card, WODwell does not store other cardholder data. However, the third-party payment processing service providers do store this information.
Special
To operate the service, we also may make identifiable and anonymous information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (1) with your express consent, (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (3) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (4) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
California Law
If you are a California resident, under the so-called “Shine The Light” law you may be entitled to request certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information (such as your name and contact information) to third parties who wish to contact you or send you promotional information about their products and services directly (as compared to when the third party is acting on our behalf or you have provided your personal information as part of a co-promotion by WODwell and the third party). If you are a California resident and would like to request a copy of information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, please send us a letter at WODwell, Attn: Legal, 548 Market St. #27905, San Francisco, CA 94131.
International Law
WODwell is a United States company. If you are located outside of the U.S. and provide personal information to WODwell, WODwell transfers personal information to the U.S. for processing. The U.S. may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the personal information. When WODwell transfers your information to the U.S., WODwell will protect that information as described in this Privacy Policy. By visiting the WODwell website, or providing WODwell with any personal information, you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of your personal information in the U.S. WODwell protects personal information from residents of the European Union, other European Economic Area countries, and Switzerland. WODwell may choose to participate in a Safe Harbor or Privacy Shield program regarding information transferred from the European Union and/ or Switzerland.
