Pick a weight for the Sled that you are able to maintain the entire workout. Track your time for the first round and then set yourself a goal of how many rounds you plan on completing in 60 minutes.

Scaling Options

You can scale LOPEZ by decreasing to a 45 or 30 Minute AMRAP.
