Midwest Made Benchmark WOD
- 3 Rounds for Time
- 15 Burpees (6 in target)
- 30 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lb)
- 90 Double-Unders
- Time Cap: 12 minutes
On a 12-minute clock, complete three rounds as fast as possible of: 15 Burpees (complete each by jumping to touch a target 6 inches above standing reach), 30 Wall Ball Shots, and 90 Double-Unders. Score is the time at which the last Double-Under is completed, or if the work is not completed within the 12-minute time cap score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.

About the wod
In the announcement, Heppner called "I'll Float 2" a "community workout" and asked his followers to film themselves doing the WOD and post them to YouTube. He would then have his editor edit the videos together along with his commentary.
7 days later Jacob posted the edited video which featured 6 different athletes' demo videos (including his own), and Heppner's frame-in-frame commentary.
Some of the featured athletes' scores were:

- Steven: 290 reps
- Kelly: 295 reps
- Louise: 395 reps
