CrossFit Benchmark WOD
- 5 Rounds for Time
- 10 Snatches (95/65 lb)
- 15 Pull-Ups
- 20 Thrusters (75/55 lb)
Use two barbells – one for the snatches, another for the thrusters.
But when we posted the workout on Instagram someone tagged @sageburgener, daughter of Mike Burgener, head coach of CrossFit Weight Lifting. She replied in the comments "hahaha oh jeez. I remember when my dad @mikeburgener made this workout."
She further implied that by naming this WOD as her dad did, he may have intended that "you have to be able to do this workout without acting like a pussy in any capacity...or so I imagine." Well, it's as good a guess as any - until and unless Coach Burgener sets us straight.
