- 9-7-5 Reps for Time
- Burpee Ring Muscle-Ups
- Deadlifts (275/185 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 9 Burpee Muscle-Ups and 9 Deadlifts before moving on to 7 reps of each movement and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Deadlifts is completed.

Background: “WZA Rings & Stones” was the last of 6 total WODs for the 2013-2014 Wodapalooza Championship. It was the 3rd annual fitness festival that “brings the world of fitness & the love of life to South Florida.”
