  • Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24 in)
  • Alternating Dumbbell Split Snatches (100/70 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 10 Burbee Box Jump Overs and 10 Alternating Dumbbell Split Snatches before moving on to 8 reps of each movement and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Alternating Dumbbell Split Snatches is completed.
