CrossFit New England Benchmark WOD
- For Time
- 3 Rounds of:
- 21/15 calorie Row
- 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Directly into, 3 Rounds of:
- 21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
- 15 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must accomplish 3 rounds of 21/15 calorie Row and 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups before directly moving on to 3 rounds of 21 Kettlebell Swings and 15 Thrusters.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Thrusters is completed.
