  • 3 rounds (each for time)
  • 15 thrusters @lightweight
  • 15 cal ski

The goal is to move a light weight, really fast. If you slow down in speed after 8 reps then the weight is too light. Every round you want to go balls out 100% max effort. While going 100% each round, you want to make sure the split times are consistent. So if round 1 is done within 1:20 then round 2 should be close to that or maybe even faster.

Rest enough so you can repeat this effort. Most of the times for a anaerobic sprint like this you would want around 4-5 minutes of rest (active)
