Movement Standards

Thrusters: Below parallel to a full lockout each rep, must wait at lockout for the judges call before lowering/dropping. can power clean or squat clean into first rep.
Snatches: start at floor to full lockout at top, must wait at lockout for the judges call before lowering/dropping. Can squat snatch if needed, wont be a no-rep to go below parallel
