2017 CrossFit Games Individual WOD

  • For Time
  • 100 Pull-Ups
  • 80 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 60 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 40 calorie Row
  • 20 Dumbbell Push Presses (100/70 lb)
  • Time Cap: 15 minutes

Athletes will complete 100 pull-ups, 80 GHD sit-ups, 60 one-legged squats, 40 calories on the rower, 20 dumbbell push presses, then cross the finish line.

The athlete’s score is the total time it takes for them to complete the event.

The "Triple-G Chipper" event was the 6th of 13 total workouts for individual competitors, on day two - Friday, August 4th - of the 2017 CrossFit Games.

"The CrossFit Games are the world’s premier test to find the Fittest on Earth. They are world-renowned as a grueling test for the toughest athletes on Earth as well as a thrilling experience for spectators. Since its inception in 2007, the CrossFit Games became 'one of the fastest growing sports in America.'” The 2017 CrossFit Games was the first to be held in Madison, Wisconsin.
