  • 15 Bar Muscle-Ups
  • 30 Clean-and-Jerk (65/45 kg)
  • Time Cap: 7 minutes

Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform 25 bike erg calories before 15 bar muscle-ups, then 30 clean and jerk.
Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.
