With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 21 calorie Assault Bike, 21 Thrusters, 15 calorie Assault Bike, 15 Thrusters, 9 calorie Assault Bike, 9 Thrusters, and 100 foot Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunges.
Score is the time on the clock when the Walking Lunges are completed.
