  • 10 Toes-to-Bars
  • 15 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (95/65 lb)
  • 15 Push Presses (95/65 lb)
  • 10 Bar-Over Burpees
  • Then, in remaining time:
  • Max Calorie Assault Air Bike

Complete 3 rounds of the prescribed work. If any time remains, do max calories on the Assault Bike until time is up. The score is total round and repetitions completed. Count one rep for each calorie on the air bike.
