  • 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (108/72 lb)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Shoulder-to-Overheads (135/95 lb)
  • 100 ft Sled Pull
  • Rest 1 minute

  • AMRAP in 6 minutes
  • Same workout as above

Athletes complete as many repetitions as possible in 3 minutes, then rest one minute before starting the workout over and completing as many repetitions as possible in 6 minutes. Rest once more (2 minutes) before completing the entire workout in the fastest time possible.

"The End" was considered the 8th, 9th and 10th events (of the 10 total workouts for individual competitors of the 2011 CrossFit Games). The three parts were scored as "The End 1," "The End 2" and "The End 3" when elite individual athletes performed the workout(s) at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California on July 31, 2011.
