“The Admiral” is one of CrossFit New England’s @cfne official benchmarks, first published on their website on January 15, 2011. CFNE names their daily WODs "for fun," but this one is from a short list provided to us by CFNE’s former Director of Operations, Eamon Coyne.

CrossFit New England is famous for being the training ground for multiple CrossFit Games champions, under coach and owner Ben Bergeron.
