With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of hand release push-ups is completed.

Background: The “555 Standard” is a baseline workout created by the gym 5-5-5 Fitness (New Jersey, USA). As written on their site, 555 Fitness seeks to reduce firefighter line-of-duty-deaths (LODD) by promoting fitness and healthier living.

By definition, “baseline” workouts are accessible (low and moderate-skill) benchmark workouts programmed to give an athlete a measure of their fitness, a standard to compare against other athletes or their own progress over time.
