On a 22-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written. Monitor must be reset each round. Athlete must complete the calories before releasing the handle. Assitance is allowed for reset of monitor. Athlete must perform 10 reps per side in any order for the Overhead Squats. Full hand grip must remain on the Dumbbell handle. Hand may be in contact with the head but you are not allowed to only hold the head.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 22-minute clock stops.
