This "Snancy" benchmark workout - a modified version of the CrossFit "Girls" WOD, "Nancy" - adds three full snatches at the start of each round.

We first found "Snancy" in a 2007 CrossFit video featuring a 19-year-old athlete named Megan performing the workout solo in a driveway. She finished in 18:40.
