2019 CrossFit Games (Championships) WOD #3
- For Time
- 6000 meter Ruck Run
- Male and Female: 20-30-40-50 lb, increasing each lap
- Time Cap: 40 minutes
Athletes will run 4 laps of 1,500-m course, adding weight each lap. Men and women use the same weights for this event.
Score is the time on the clock when the 6,000 meter Ruck Run is completed.
About the wod
Background: “Ruck” was the 3rd of 12 workouts of the 2019 CrossFit Games (Championships).
This workout was also the 3rd qualifying event for the 2021 West Coast Classic Semifinals competition. Men’s weights for the each lap were 20-40-50-60 lb and women’s weights were 10-30-40-50 lb respectively. The time cap was also bumped from 40 minutes to 45 minutes.
