"Row Cindy Row" is a variant of the classic benchmark "Girl" WOD, "Cindy," which involves only pull-ups, push-ups and air squats.

The earliest mention we've found of this workout was from Tri State CrossFit (Putnam, CT, USA) who posted it on their Instagram on June 30, 2017. It's not clear whether they created the workout or not, so if you know please tell us.
