  • 15-10-5 Reps for Time
  • Burpees with Ring Touch
  • Overhead Squats (135/95 lb)
  • Time Cap: 5 minutes

Ringer 1 and Ringer 2 are separately scored events. Ringer 2 will begin 1 minute after the time cap for Ringer 1.

The "Ringer 1 & Ringer 2" events, held on day 4 (Sunday, August 4th), were the 10th and 11th of 12 total workouts for individual competitors during the 2019 CrossFit Games.

The 2019 CrossFit games was held in Madison, Wisconsin, from August 1 - 4. This is the second time the Games have been hosted in Madison, (the first being the 2017 Games).
