Background: The name “Quarter Gone Bad” tells us that the workout is based loosely on the CrossFit benchmark workout, “Fight Gone Bad,” but in “Quarter Gone Bad” athletes only work one quarter of each minute and the rest intervals are between exercises instead of between rounds. The movements and total workout duration are also different, so you could say the two workouts are more different than similar.

“Quarter Gone Bad” was first posted on the CrossFit Main Site as the workout of the day for Sunday, April 13, 2008 (080413).
