Background: “Pyramid Double Helen" was the 4th of 9 workouts of the 2010 CrossFit Games (Championships). At the Games, this workout was the first part of a two part-workout. After completing "Pyramid Double Helen," athletes had 90 seconds to establish a 1-rep max shoulder-to-overhead lift.
