The "Pyramid Double Helen" event was one of the 9 workouts for individual competitors of the 2010 CrossFit Games on July 17, 2010 in Carson, California. At the Games, this workout was the first part of a two part-workout. After completing "Pyramid Double Helen," athletes had 90 seconds to establish a 1-rep max shoulder-to-overhead lift.
