  • Round 1: 135/95 lb
  • Round 2: 155/105 lb
  • Round 3: 185/125 lb
  • Round 4: 205/145 lb
  • Round 5: 225/155 lb

Use a single barbell all throughout the workout. Athletes must change their own weights.

Scaling

Reduce the barbell weight.

Beginner

Round 1: 65/45 lb
Round 2: 75/55 lb
Round 3: 85/65 lb
Round 4: 100/80 lb
Round 5: 105/85 lb

Intermediate

Round 1: 95/65 lb
Round 2: 105/75 lb
Round 3: 125/85 lb
Round 4: 145/100 lb
Round 5: 155/105 lb

The "Progressive DT" is a variation of the classic hero WOD, "DT." The rep scheme, movements and the number of rounds are the same but in this version the barbell gets heavier (ascending weight) each round.

We first found this workout posted by Austin Malleolo on The Ham Plan's YouTube channel on May 12, 2019. Austin and James Hobart performed the workout together, sharing a single barbell, finishing around 11 minutes.
