Background: The first mention we found of this WOD was on CrossFit.com, where it was posted as the workout of the day for Monday, May 9, 2011. But it was the CrossFit Snoridge (Snoqualmie, WA) website where we first saw it called “Popeye” – probably because the chest-to-bars and kettlebell swings are going to swell your forearms like the cartoon sailor’s.
