Brand X CrossFit Benchmark WOD
- AMRAP in 40 minutes
- 5 Deadlifts (70/50 lb)
- 5 Hang Power Cleans (70/50 lb)
- 5 Front Squats (70/50 lb)
- 5 Push Presses (70/50 lb)
- 5 Back Squats (70/50 lb)
On a 40-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 40-minute clock stops.

Background: “Painstorm XIX” was first posted in the CrossFit forum, by Jeff Martin of Brand X CrossFit @thebrandxmethod (Ramona, CA, USA) on October 30, 2006.
“In the early days of CrossFit the message board was the shit. It was the place where the newly converted could come, ask questions, exchange ideas, argue and share workouts. People would post workouts or just troll on other people’s posts. Once a month, Jeff Martin and the guys from England would post some sort of monster workout. The workout would be posted on the message board and the affiliate blog.
