  • 100 Double-Unders

After the last double-under, the athlete will move back to the rings and begin the next round. Score will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 14-minute time cap.

The CrossFit Open in 2015 was billed as "Where grassroots meets greatness." The event touted competing with "hundreds of thousands of athletes in five workouts over five weeks. Do it for fun, your affiliate family, fitness or to reach Regionals and fight for a chance to make it to the Reebok CrossFit Games."

Open workout 15.3 - the third of five workouts of the 2015 CrossFit Open - was first announced on March 12, 2015, at CrossFit Chicago (Chicago, IL, USA) when two elite CrossFit Games athletes (Julie Foucher and Lauren Brooks) tackled the workout live.
