  • Jerks (165/110 lb)

On a 5-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of the prescribed work in the order written. You must complete the Squat Clean before moving on to the Jerk and you must complete the Jerk before moving on to the next Squat Clean. If you miss a Jerk you may Power Clean the bar to set up your Jerk attempt.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 5-minute clock stops.

Background: The 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games season began with the first ever Open competition. Athletes worldwide competed in six workouts over six weeks, posting their scores in real time and online. Anyone could throw their hat in the ring to compete for a position among the fittest athletes in the world. In all, more than 26,000 athletes competed in the Open, instantly making it one of the largest sporting events in history. The “Open 11.3” workout was announced on April 5, 2011.
