"Napalm" is a benchmark WOD created by a popular functional training program by coach Ben Bergeron (we can't use the program's name) that features a 2-round ascending rep scheme.

The workout was first posted on their YouTube channel, then on their website as the workout of the day for Wednesday, July 24, 2018.

The video featured CrossFit Games athlete, Katrin Davidsdottir, who finished in 9:35. They then issued a challenge to any competitor to finish the workout in under 11:00.
