This "Movember Cowboy" tribute workout for Movember, the charity with an annual fundraiser during month of November (first launched November 1, 2004) to raise awareness about men's health issues (and mustaches). The workout was created by Paradiso CrossFit (Venice, CA, USA) and originally posted as a demo video to their YouTube channel in November 2016.
