2015 CrossFit Games Workout #11
- 6 Rounds For Time
- 400 meter Run
- 50 foot Yoke Carry (380/300 lb)
- Time Cap: 25 minutes
Athletes will begin on the field and will complete 6 rounds of a lap up the stadium berm and a 50-ft. yoke carry. The event is complete when the athlete carries the yoke across the finish line of the last section.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of 50 foot Yoke Carry is completed and the athlete crosses the finish line.
