On a running clock, complete 21 repetitions of Burpees, Kettlebell Swings, and Double-Unders, then 15 repetitions of each, and finally 9 repetitions of each – as fast as possible (“For Time“).

Score is the time on the clock when the last Double-Under is completed.

Background: The oldest mention we’ve found of this classic WOD, “Megan,” is from CrossFit Chino @ccfathletics (Chino, CA) who posted it as their workout of the day for March 29, 2012. The workout has since been adopted by gyms and athletes all over the world. We haven’t been able to confirm who designed the “Megan” WOD or whether it’s named after anyone in particular. We do know that it’s not one of CrossFit’s official “Girls WODs.”
