- 1 Burpee
- 1 Push-Up
- 1 Jumping-Jack
- 1 Sit-Up
- 1 Handstand
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 50 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last handstand is completed.
Good Times for “Marguerita” (source)
– Beginner: 25-28 minutes
– Intermediate: 21-24 minutes
– Advanced: 19-20 minutes
– Elite: 17-18 minutes
About the wod
CrossFit doesn't consider "Marguerita" to be one one of their official "Girls" WOD - and as of 2018 she's never been named in any of the lists of Girls posted in the CrossFit Journal (CrossFit's official publication). So "Marguerita" is of the few CrossFit benchmark WODs to be given a girl's name that isn't either "one of the girls" or a Hero WOD.
It's not clear what the significance of the name "Marguerita" is, or whether the workout is named for someone in particular. If you know, tell us.
