- 15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
- Kettlebell Taters (1/2 of Bodyweight)
- Kettlebell Over Burpees
- 50 meter Bear Crawl Shuttles (5 meter forward, 5 meter back)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. The weight for the Kettlebell is 50% of bodyweight. Athlete must complete 15 Kettlebell Taters, 15 Kettlebell Over Burpees and 50 meter Bear Crawl for the first round. The second round consists of 12 Kettlebell Taters, 12 Kettlebell Over Burpees and 50 meter Bear Crawl. Perform the same pattern with the reps going from 9 to 6 and finally to 3.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of 50 meter Bear Crawl is completed.
