CrossFit "Girl" Benchmark WOD

  • For Time
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
  • Muscle-Ups
  • Clean-and-Jerks (Bodyweight)

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete will start at 10 reps each of the Muscle-Ups and Clean-and-Jerks. Then, proceed to 9 reps each all the way down to 1 rep.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Clean-and-Jerks is completed.

Scaling Options

This workout contains a high volume of two difficult exercises. If you can perform some Muscle-Ups but not all 55 reps, eliminate the early rounds to reduce the total number of reps. Newer athletes should substitute with both gymnastics pulling AND gymnastics pushing exercises.

The workout was the fourth of a series of new “Girl” benchmark WODs posted to the CrossFit Main Site in early 2021.

The rep scheme is the same as the classic “Girl” WOD, “Linda”, but the movements and stimulus are quite different.
