Background: This endurance workout is in memory of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. “We will also honor the additional 7 passengers killed in the 01-26-2020 helicopter crash with a 7-minute silent cool down.” Knowing the colossal feats Kobe accomplished in his short lifetime the workout will reflect just that.
