  • 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Single-Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches (24/16)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Kettlebell Clean-and-Presses (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders

Perform two rounds of the work in the order written, as fast as possible (“For Time“). Use a single kettlebell throughout the workout. For the snatches, alternate arms each rep. For the lunges and clean-and-presses complete 10 per arm per round.

Score is the time on the clock when the final Double-Under in the 2nd round is completed.

Background: “Kettle Bear 20” was designed and submitted to us by Coach Brock Brown of CrossFit Pickering @crossfitpickering (Ontario, Canada). The gym first posted the workout to their website as the workout of the day for December 5, 2017.

Brock said, “I wanted a WOD that used a kettlebell and had some beastly volume. After tinkering around with some of the more common kettlebell movements, The Kettle Bear 20 was born.”
