  • 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Single-Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches (24/16)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Kettlebell Clean-and-Presses (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • 20 Double-Unders

Use a single kettlebell throughout the workout. For the snatches, alternate arms each rep. For the lunges and clean-and-presses complete 10 per arm per round.

"Kettle Bear 20" was submitted to us by Coach Brock Brown of CrossFit Pickering (Ontario, Canada). The workout was first posted on their website as the workout of the day for December 5, 2017.

Brock said, "This WOD's roots originated in the "Bear Complex." I wanted a WOD that used a kettlebell and had some beastly volume. After tinkering around with some of the more common kettlebell movements, The Kettle Bear 20 was born."
