  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Sandbag Lunges (150/100 lb)
  • 1,000 meter Run
  • Time Cap: 20 minutes

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).

Score is the time on the clock when the second 1,000 meter Run is completed.

Scaling Option: Reduce the Run distances by half and if necessary adjust the weights.
