It's not clear who originally created this "Incredible Hulk" Benchmark WOD, but we first found it posted by Maxability Sports and CrossFit (Teaneck, NJ, USA) as their workout of the day for Friday, December 2, 2011. The post said, "This WOD is just like our 5@5 platform warm-up. Except for Back Squats…and its for 20 Minutes straight…OMG." The barbell WOD has since been adopted as a benchmark by gyms around the world.
