Background: This "G.I. Gran" benchmark WOD was originally programmed as the workout of the day at CrossFit Brisbane @crossfitbrisbane (Brisbane, Australia) on June 11, 2008. A group from that gym was featured performing the workout in a grainy video posted to CrossFit's YouTube channel about a week later.

It looks like a classic CrossFit 21-15-9 couplet but looks can be deceiving. The WOD calls for 45 cleans, 45 jerks, 45 burpees, and 45 pull-ups.
