NCFit Full Body WOD #15
- Three 5-minute AMRAPs in 17 minutes
- 35 Double-Unders
- 10 Alternating Dumbbell Suitcase Lunges (2x50/35 lb)
- 7 Dumbbell Push Jerks (2x50/35 lb)
On a 17-minute clock, complete 3 rounds of 5-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest between rounds. For the 5-minute AMRAP, athlete will complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 35 Double-Unders, 10 Alternating Dumbbell Suitcase Lunges, and 7 Dumbbell Push Jerks.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 17-minute clock stops.
Alternating Dumbbell Suitcase Lunge: Hold one Dumbbell on each hand similar to holding a suitcase and perform the standard Lunge.
