This chipper-style “Frianebeth” workout is built from a combination of movements from three CrossFit “Girls” Benchmark WODs, “Fran,” “Elizabeth,” and “Diane.”

We first found “Frianebeth” in a 2008 CrossFit video featuring two men from CrossFit Atlanta who finished in 3:24 and 4:07.
