“Donkey Kong”

The original workout required athletes to climb one flight of stairs between each exercise, then climb back down to the first level to start each round. For athletes don’t have a Donkey Kong-style set of stairs to incorporate into their workout, move straight from one movement to the next.

"Donkey Kong" is a CrossFit workout that originated from a 2007 video posted to CrossFit's YouTube channel, featuring several athletes doing the workout on three different levels of a building, with a flight of stairs climbed or descended between each movement - like the classic video game, "Donkey Kong."

Lisa finished at 7:55, Brian at 8:24, and Eric at 9:19, including the stair climbs.
