The original workout required athletes to climb one flight of stairs between each exercise, then climb back down to the first level to start each round. For athletes don’t have a Donkey Kong-style set of stairs to incorporate into their workout, move straight from one movement to the next.
Lisa finished at 7:55, Brian at 8:24, and Eric at 9:19, including the stair climbs.
