Complete 15, 12, then 9 rep rounds of the deadlifts and handstand push-ups, with a 21-foot handstand walk between, as follows:
15 deadlifts, 21-foot handstand walk, 15 handstand push-ups. Then, 12 deadlifts, 21-foot handstand walk, 12 handstand push-ups. Then 9 deadlifts, 21-foot handstand walk, 9 handstand push-ups.
We first found "Dizzy Diane" in a 2008 CrossFit video featuring Gillian Mounsey Ward of CrossFit South Brooklyn (Brooklyn, NY, USA) performing the workout solo in a warehouse style gym. She finished in 4:35, impressively demonstrating a handstand walk to the wall where she moved right into strict handstand push-ups each round.
